The PURPLE are the ranks I hope to obtain.
In real life terms, as a Consultant, my income was always over $100 a month with the exception of one month.
As a Mentor, my income has never reached the average of $400.
I am a newly promoted Mentor, so I am expecting my commissions to increase at this level.
